2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law (e.g., 18+ years in India).
- Information provided during registration/booking must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.
3) Services & Bookings
- Our services include themed Ganga Aarti and related ceremonial arrangements as described on the Website or confirmed in your booking.
- Bookings are confirmed after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation. We may request additional information to fulfill your booking.
- Event timing, venue access, power, water, and other practical requirements must be arranged by you, unless explicitly included in your package.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Errors
- Prices are shown in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes/levies.
- We reserve the right to correct typographical or system errors related to pricing/availability. If a material pricing error occurs, we may cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
- Any add-ons, travel surcharges beyond agreed range, or extended durations requested by you will be billed additionally.
5) Payments
- You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed via trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- We receive order/payment status but do not store full card/UPI details on our servers.
- Bookings may require a token for slot reservation (non-refundable 10% of the Total Received) as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Billing Label is used to identify and verify authorized payments made for your booking. Ensure your billing details match your payment credentials to avoid transaction delays.
6) Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

- Customer cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the Scheduled Time: Refund = Total Received − 10% non-refundable token.
- Cancellation < 24 hours or No-Show: No refund.
- Rescheduling is allowed only if requested ≥ 15 days before the Scheduled Time, subject to availability (one-time, no extra fee; price differences apply).
- Force Majeure: Area-wide official restrictions preventing performance → attempt to reschedule; if not feasible → full refund (no token deduction). Client-side/venue-specific law-and-order issues after Dispatch/Arrival → no refund.
- Cancellation by us: If we cancel, you receive a 100% refund of the Total Received (no token deduction).
7) Venue Access, Permits & Conduct
- You must secure venue permissions, sound/light permits, and comply with local regulations. Access for setup/teardown must be timely.
- Safety, decorum, and lawful conduct at the venue are mandatory. We may refuse or discontinue services if safety or law-and-order concerns arise, or if the crew is obstructed/harassed.
- Damage to our equipment due to negligence or venue restrictions may be chargeable.
8) User Content & Reviews
- If you submit feedback, photos, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing/service improvement, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
- You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate law.
9) Intellectual Property & Website Use
- All Website content, logos, graphics, and materials are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
- You agree not to misuse the Website (e.g., attempt to hack, inject malware, scrape at scale, or disrupt services).

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
