ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
For the curious traveller who wants to see more
The riverside stretches farther than it first appears from the most famous steps. A longer-route motorboat is an appealing choice when you want to understand how the ghats connect, rather than staying around one busy stretch.
This listing is designed for a smaller group, so you can bring your own companions and spend the outing taking in the riverfront together. It is particularly useful for visitors with limited time on land who want a broader view from the water. The route name describes a category, not a guarantee that every ghat is individually covered.
A wider ghat sightseeing trip for smaller groups
This private motorboat suits first-time visitors and small groups who want to look beyond one busy stretch of the Varanasi riverfront. The supplied timetable lists up to 10 places. It is a sightseeing departure rather than an Aarti-specific boat.
What does the 84 Ghats motorboat route cover?
The example schedule labels this a longer 84 Ghats route with a 4:30 PM departure. That does not mean the boat stops at all 84 ghats. The actual section of river travelled, turnaround point and duration depend on the operating trip; check these before booking.
Planning your afternoon ghat sightseeing ride
- Check how the longer route fits around your other plans in Varanasi.
- Ask about the actual trip duration and boarding location.
- For an Aarti-focused ride, pick the evening Ganga Aarti collection instead.
You reserve the entire private boat, not individual seats. Boat prices and capacity can change by date. Select a travel date to check the current offer, then review the confirmed fare in Step 2 before paying.
